1. The service

Cutmora provides a free tool that removes backgrounds from images. The processing runs in your browser. We may change, improve or stop parts of the service at any time.

2. Your content

You keep all rights to the images you edit and to the results. Because your images stay on your device, we do not receive any licence to them. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to edit and use the images you open.

3. Acceptable use

• Do not use the service for illegal content or to violate other people's rights, including privacy and intellectual-property rights.
• Do not try to disrupt the website, overload it with automated requests or reverse-engineer it for abuse.

4. No warranty

The service is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. AI results may not be perfect for every image. Please check results before using them in important work.

5. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

6. Third-party components

The background-removal model (BiRefNet) is open source under the MIT licence. ONNX Runtime Web is open source under the MIT licence.

7. Advertising

Advertisements on the site are provided by third parties. We are not responsible for their products or websites.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the service after changes means you accept the updated terms.
